At Quantum Sunshine, we want every piece to feel as special as the story behind it. Each item is carefully inspected, polished, and packaged by hand before it leaves our studio, ensuring that what arrives to you meets our highest standards of craftsmanship.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any issue in the hardware or materials, please reach out within 30 days — we’ll gladly offer a repair, replacement, or full refund with free return shipping.
Each piece is handmade in small batches, which means subtle variations in texture, color, or finish are part of its character — a sign of its individuality, not a flaw. These delicate irregularities are the quiet marks of the human hand, and we celebrate them as part of what makes every Quantum Sunshine piece unique.
If you change your mind about an item, eligible unworn and unused pieces can be returned within 30 days for a refund (less the cost of original shipping).
To start a return or exchange, simply email orders@quantumsunshine.shop with your order number and a brief note about what happened, or use the chat box in the bottom right. We’ll guide you through the next steps — no stress, no long forms.
Because each Quantum Sunshine piece is crafted with intention and care, we treat every issue as an opportunity to make sure you love what you receive. We wholeheartedly stand behind our products and guarantee their quality; we will make any needed repairs on items for up to a full year after purchase.
Certain limited-edition and one-of-a-kind creations — especially those containing vintage scientific or medical ephemera, rare materials, or artwork components — are considered non-returnable.
These are one-of-one designs, more akin to collectible art than mass-produced items. We stand by the craftsmanship of these pieces completely, and if one ever arrives damaged or defective, we’ll of course repair it or replace it with a comparable item. However, due to their uniqueness, they can’t be exchanged or refunded for preference-based reasons.
Each listing page will clearly note if an item falls into this limited or non-returnable category so you can shop with full transparency.
We gladly accept returns for international orders as well. If you’re outside the U.S., please contact us at returns@quantumsunshinedesigns.com to arrange your return or replacement.
