Quantum Sunshine is a science and medicine-inspired jewelry and art brand created by an NYC-area physician and artist, Dakota Lane. The pieces feature microscopy images of common, but typically invisible, substances like dopamine or oxytocin. Each one is made with deep intentionality and meaning, connecting the substance and its concrete function with emotional resonance. The philosophy behind the brand is meant to inspire joy, celebrate science, and anchor intentions using sophisticated, visually striking statement pieces. They are created by hand in the artist’s home studio using upcycled materials, delicately preserved paper and crystal clear resin.
